Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Tropical Trading Canada Corporation (TTCC) explains below what information this website uses, why it is used and how to contact us about your privacy.
Information you provide
When you request the catalogue through a form, we use the contact and business details you provide to respond to your request. Depending on the form, these may include your name, business name, email, phone number, city, province, business type and product interests.
Quotation requests can include an optional wholesale account enquiry. No login is required. Contact details and your selected products are submitted to TTCC through FormSubmit.
Submitting a quotation request sends the selected products, SKU numbers, case packs, quantities and notes to TTCC for review. A request does not create an order or approve a wholesale account.
How information is used
We use information you send us to answer enquiries, provide the catalogue, discuss products and wholesale terms, and manage your requests. Any optional promotional contact should follow the choices you make in the relevant form.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers and technical information
The catalogue and quotation request forms use FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to deliver submissions to TTCC's designated inbox. Quotation details and notes may be saved in your browser so you can continue your list. The site is hosted by Hostinger and uses WordPress, Elementor and Jetpack. Our hosting and website providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type and request logs to operate, secure and maintain the site.
Service providers may process or store information outside Canada under their own service and privacy terms.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your language, quotation list and whether you have already requested the catalogue. These preferences are stored on your device. Hosting, performance and website statistics services may also use cookies.
You can remove cookies and local storage through your browser settings. This may reset your preferences and quotation list.
Retention and privacy requests
We retain information sent to TTCC for as long as needed to handle the relevant enquiry or business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to withdraw consent to optional contact. We will review your request and explain any limitations that apply.
